Introduction

I create clean, fresh, vibrant images that capture the essence of my subjects, from portraits and landscapes, town and city scapes to fantasy/syfi to still lifes and abstracts. I believe nature provides the perfect resource and source of inspiration for creativity, design and meaningful art work. Good design and art work require an ability to unlock the wealth of resources around us both in nature and in man made materials and environments. It is also essential to research, learn from other artists and practice...practice...practice.

Approach

Personal Approach - Inspiration comes from within, though without nature to inspire creativity the imagination is starved. Whether Fine Art, Digital Painting or Graphic Design, I look to nature for inspiration and will manipulate its fantastical design to best effect with the naritive of the piece.

Commissioned Approach - I approach my commissioned work with a unique perspective that takes into account your needs and your individual style. My style and technique are broad and flexible, developed over years of training and experience. I use a wide range of mediums depending on the overall aims and objectives of the piece. I gained recognition five year ago for drawing house portraites and still enjoy this technical, illustrative style and theme.
